- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Fresh basil leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain the steamed cauliflower and let it cool slightly, then use a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden and firm.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
