  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  6. Spread the sautéed zucchini evenly over the pizza dough.
  7. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the zucchini.
  8. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the toppings.
  9. Sprinkle nutritional yeast and fresh basil over the pizza.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
