Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 10-inch circle and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Evenly distribute the sautéed spinach over the ricotta, and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
