- Speck - 100 grams
- Arugula - 40 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness (about 0.5 cm).
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Tear the fresh mozzarella into smaller pieces and distribute them evenly on top of the sauce.
- Layer the speck slices on top of the mozzarella, followed by sprinkling dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Carefully slide the pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
- Top the pizza with fresh arugula and drizzle with olive oil before slicing and serving.
