  • Fresh arugula - 50 grams
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the rolled-out dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Tear the fresh mozzarella cheese into pieces and distribute them evenly over the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella.
  7. Drizzle the olive oil over the pizza and season with salt and black pepper.
