  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Fresh basil - 10 leaves, torn
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 g, grated

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to a 30 cm (12 inch) round shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Top with fresh spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with torn basil leaves.
