Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to a 30 cm (12 inch) round shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
