  • Fresh arugula - 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese - 20 grams, shaved
  • Fresh basil leaves - 5 leaves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to a 12-inch round, about 0.5 cm thick.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
