- Fresh mozzarella cheese - 125 grams, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 leaves
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced porcini mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the whole wheat pizza dough to your desired thickness, about 0.5 cm.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
- Layer the fresh mozzarella slices evenly over the dough, followed by the sautéed porcini mushrooms.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
