  • Fresh basil leaves - 30 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Olive oil - 50 ml
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
  • Halal sausage (optional) - 100 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a food processor, combine sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth to create the pesto rosso.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  4. Spread the pesto rosso evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  5. Tear the fresh mozzarella into pieces and distribute evenly over the pesto.
