- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped walnuts, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it onto a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base of the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Distribute the walnut and cheese mixture evenly over the tomato sauce.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the pizza for added richness.
