  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Black olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil leaves - a handful
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  7. Evenly distribute the crumbled feta cheese on top of the mozzarella.
  8. Add the sliced red bell pepper, red onion, and black olives over the cheese.
