Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a pot of boiling water, blanch the fresh green beans for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp, then drain and immediately place them in ice water to stop the cooking process.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
