  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the artichoke hearts and cherry tomatoes to the pan, and cook for another 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread the sautéed mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  7. Sprinkle the nutritional yeast and lemon zest over the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
