  • Fresh basil leaves - a handful
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the whole wheat pizza dough into a 10-inch circle.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base of the pizza, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Arrange the anchovy fillets, sliced black olives, and halved cherry tomatoes evenly on top of the cheese.
