Ingredients

  • Gluten-free pizza crust - 1 medium (about 200g)
  • Ricotta cheese - 150g
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100g
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Fresh rosemary, chopped - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh thyme, chopped - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30g

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the gluten-free pizza crust.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta layer.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the pizza for added flavor.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
