- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100g
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Fresh rosemary, chopped - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh thyme, chopped - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30g
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the gluten-free pizza crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta layer.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of the pizza for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
