  • Fresh arugula - 50 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, shaved - 30 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F) or as high as it can go.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness (about 10 inches in diameter).
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base of the pizza, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Tear the mozzarella cheese into small pieces and distribute them evenly on top of the tomato sauce.
  6. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. While the pizza is baking, rinse the arugula under cold water and pat dry.
  8. Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
  9. Top the hot pizza with fresh arugula, shaved Parmesan, a drizzle of olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  10. Slice and serve immediately.
