  • Mixed mushrooms (e.g., shiitake, cremini) - 200 grams, sliced
  • Truffle oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh arugula - 50 grams, for topping

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they are tender and browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove the pan from heat and drizzle the truffle oil over the cooked mushrooms, mixing well.
  6. Place the rolled-out pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
