  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Pine nuts - 30 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 10-inch round shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the basil pesto evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Tear the fresh mozzarella into pieces and distribute them evenly over the pesto.
  6. Halve the cherry tomatoes and scatter them on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the pine nuts over the pizza and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
