Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams

  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
  • Fresh arugula - 50 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
