- Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled - 50g
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30g
- Ricotta cheese - 50g
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Fresh basil leaves - 10g
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic together.
- Brush the garlic oil evenly over the gluten-free pizza crust.
- Spread the ricotta cheese over the crust as a base layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the ricotta.
- Add the crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
