Ingredients

  • Gluten-free pizza crust - 1 medium (about 200g)
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100g
  • Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled - 50g
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30g
  • Ricotta cheese - 50g
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10g
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic together.
  3. Brush the garlic oil evenly over the gluten-free pizza crust.
  4. Spread the ricotta cheese over the crust as a base layer.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the ricotta.
  6. Add the crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
