  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch round.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, and oregano, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and any liquid has evaporated.
  7. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
  8. Distribute the sautéed mushrooms evenly over the tomato sauce on the pizza.
  9. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the mushrooms, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
