Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch round.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, and oregano, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and any liquid has evaporated.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
- Distribute the sautéed mushrooms evenly over the tomato sauce on the pizza.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the mushrooms, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
