  • Parmesan cheese - 30g, grated
  • Pine nuts - 20g

  • Olive oil - 60ml
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a food processor, combine fresh basil, grated Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until you achieve a smooth pesto consistency.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  5. Spread a generous amount of pesto over each chicken breast, ensuring they are well-coated.
