Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a baking dish, arrange the sliced zucchini and cherry tomatoes at the bottom.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the white fish fillets on top of the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped basil, lemon juice, and the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.

- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
