- Canned diced tomatoes - 200 grams
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil - 5 leaves

Steps
- Slice the red, yellow, and green bell peppers into thin strips.
- Chop the red onion and mince the garlic cloves.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced bell peppers and cook for another 5-7 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add the canned diced tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet, allowing the mixture to simmer for 15-20 minutes until the peppers are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves just before serving.
