Steps
- Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 10-12 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, prepare the pesto. In a food processor, combine the pistachios, basil leaves, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
