Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potato cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
  4. Remove the leaves from the rosemary sprigs and roughly chop them. Add the chopped rosemary to the potatoes and mix well.
