Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the potato cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Remove the leaves from the rosemary sprigs and roughly chop them. Add the chopped rosemary to the potatoes and mix well.
