  • Salt - 1 teaspoon

  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes under running water, then dry them with a towel.
  3. Cut the potatoes into wedges or cubes, ensuring they are of equal size for even cooking.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the potato pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
