Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes under running water, then dry them with a towel.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges or cubes, ensuring they are of equal size for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine the potato pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
