  • Coconut oil - 30 grams
  • Honey - 20 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 5 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 5 ml
  • Cottage cheese - 100 grams
  • Dark chocolate chips - 20 grams
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, whey protein isolate, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt the coconut oil and mix it with honey, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough in half and press each half into the bottom and sides of two small tartlet molds.
  6. In another bowl, mix cottage cheese and dark chocolate chips to create the filling.
