  • Egg whites - 2 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa) - 20 grams
  • Fresh berries (strawberries or blueberries) - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, honey, cocoa powder, and almond flour until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gently fold them into the yogurt mixture until just combined.
  4. Sprinkle the baking powder over the mixture and fold it in carefully to maintain the fluffiness.
