Ingredients

  • Cooked spaghetti - 200 grams
  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 50 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Fresh spinach, chopped - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, chopped spinach, minced garlic, and fresh basil to the egg mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick, oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Pour the pasta and egg mixture into the skillet, spreading it evenly.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the edges start to set, then transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
