- Cooked spaghetti - 200 grams
- Eggs - 4 large
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 50 grams
- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
- Fresh spinach, chopped - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh basil, chopped - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add the cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, chopped spinach, minced garlic, and fresh basil to the egg mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick, oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Pour the pasta and egg mixture into the skillet, spreading it evenly.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the edges start to set, then transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed and golden on top.
