  • Spinach - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  • Fresh basil - a handful, chopped

Steps

  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. While waiting, chop the cauliflower into small florets.
  2. Once the water is boiling, add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
