- Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
- Basil leaves - 10 grams, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced zucchini, red bell pepper, and sliced carrot to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
