  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
  • Basil leaves - 10 grams, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced zucchini, red bell pepper, and sliced carrot to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
