  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
