  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Heavy cream - 100 milliliters
  • Truffle oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 40 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with the reserved pasta water, truffle oil, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and shaved fresh truffle if available.
