- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir well, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
