  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

  • Red pepper flakes - a pinch

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
