  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh basil - a handful, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - for pasta cooking

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, wash and trim the zucchini, then slice them into thin rounds.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
