  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Crumble the firm tofu into the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until it starts to brown lightly, stirring occasionally.
