Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Crumble the firm tofu into the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until it starts to brown lightly, stirring occasionally.
