  • Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons

  • Pine Nuts - 30 grams
  • Cherry Tomatoes - 150 grams
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini to create noodles and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, combine fresh parsley, basil, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, pine nuts, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth to form the salsa verde.
