- Fresh Dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini to create noodles and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the salmon fillet to the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and flake into bite-sized pieces.
