  • Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh Dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini to create noodles and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the salmon fillet to the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and flake into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in the coconut cream, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the noodles are tender but still firm.
