- Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving) - 30 grams, grated
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Chop the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
