- Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving) - 30 grams

Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta cooks, trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into 2-inch pieces.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the green beans to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.

- Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the green bean and tomato mixture. Toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a light sauce.
