  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons (optional for a cheesy flavor)

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
