Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper.

- Once the pasta is cooked, reserve about 1/2 cup of the pasta water and drain the rest. Add the pasta to the skillet with the spinach.

- Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of black pepper.
