  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, diced
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the whole wheat ravioli according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the ravioli is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes and zucchini to the skillet, and cook for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and the zucchini is tender.
  5. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  6. Drain the cooked ravioli and gently toss them into the skillet with the vegetables.
  7. Season with salt, black pepper, and chopped basil, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
  8. Serve the pasta hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
