  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons for garnish

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced leeks and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are soft and translucent.
