  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated (optional)

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the whole grain spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
