- Swordfish steak - 200 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dry white wine - 100 ml
- Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Cut the swordfish steak into bite-sized pieces and add it to the skillet, cooking until it is lightly browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate and the sauce to reduce slightly.

- Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce and ingredients, then remove from heat.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
