- Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped

- Black pepper - to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional) - 30 grams, grated
Steps
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and eggplant into thin strips.
- Drizzle the sliced vegetables with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
