Steps

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and red bell pepper, sautéing until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
  4. Crumble the vegan Italian sausage into the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
