Steps

  1. Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain and chop them, reserving the soaking liquid.
  2. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
